Hey-oh, guys! Today I decided to do something fun and interview my character, Dice, who is the MC of my YA Fantasy, The Guild of Thieves! I’m super excited to share a little piece of Dice with all of you, and I hope you enjoy this post!

What’s your full name?

The thieves call me Dice. 

How old are you?

Sixteen, I’m pretty sure.

Where do you live? (You can be as specific as you want)

Well, I live in the desert city of Raheren. It’s hot, very dry, and dusty, but yet windy, harsh scorching wind. It’s pretty crowded, especially during market season. Good for blending in, with lots of easy pickings amid the uncultured High Rankers too.  *Grins*

What has been your greatest achievement in life?

*Clutches dice around neck* Nothing… I’m just a street rat thief, and nothing is going to change that. *shrugs* 

Do you have friends? Enemies?

I like to think of my team as friends. There’s Renn, he’s like the brother I never had. Then there’s young Scamp and Nickle… and Shadow, I guess. 

Enemies? *Shudders* More than I’d like.

What’s your hobby/hobbies?

I don’t have time for that sort of thing.

How would you describe your personality? Introvert, extrovert, neat, not-so neat, etc.

Um… I’m not sure. Renn says I’m self-centered, but I do care. I care too much, and that’s my problem *looks down*. I’ve been told I’m realistic, which is true. I don’t like believing in false hopes, or hoping things will change when I know they won’t… um, I don’t like being alone, but I prefer silence most of the time… so I don’t really know. *shrugs*

Describe your family. Siblings, parents, pets, etc.

*Clutches dice* I… I’d rather not…if that’s alright. *breathes heavily*

Walnuts and Brownies, yay or nay? (I feel like this is an important question)

I like walnuts, but I’m not sure what a brownie is? *glances at author* Um…Oh, my author says it’s sorta like cake *eyes widen with excitement*. If that’s true, then I’m sure I’ll love it!

Favorite book to read? Or if you don’t like to read, something else you like to do?

Well… I can’t read…but I really don’t have time for that sort of thing anyway. *shrugs*

BONUS! If you had a choice, what would you tell your author? Would you want her to change your story? Explain.

Well, I’d tell her a lot of things. Starting from the beginning, I’d want to know why things are the way they are. Why the world is so broken, and I ask her about my… *looks away* Nevermind. It doesn’t matter. Nothing is going to change anything now. *sighs*
