Hello folks, good to see you again! It’s been a busy week for us, how about you guys? We haven’t talked in a while and would love to hear from y’all in the comments! Whatcha say?
Anyway, here is our updates for the week!

I’m still plugging along in Dice’s book, he doesn’t seem to want his story to end, surprise…lol…so I’m still working at it and hoping to round him out soon, though it hasn’t happened yet.
The wind whined and shook the house as it busted through the air. The shutters banged against the window panes over my head and I cracked my eyes open as shouts echoed from the streets below. Moonlight shined through over my head, the shadows of the taller buildings peircing the faded blue light that reflected on the wall across from the window. The shutters clanged against the glass, cloaking the room in darkness before being slammed back again by the wind and letting the light shine once more. The the unmistakable shadow of a leaping human singed across the wall before disappearing as shouts rung out throuhg the streets.

Well, I was going pretty strong until I wasn’t. I have this thing where I start a project and then get bored. But I’m trying a different approach with this story. Also, I think I would do better with an accountability partner who isn’t one of my sisters…lol…anyone want to be my accountability partner? Please! I just need someone to read over my work and give feedback and support to keep me going.

Iya and Malcolm are behaving nicely for the most part, it’s been a fun journey! I’m at almost 30k over halfway there!!! Woo-hoo! I’m on schedule to finish with 50k if I can keep this up!
Shar nuzzled my neck and mouthed my ear. I chuckled and shoved his head aside. โYou dirty rascal, all you want is a bit of sugar.โ I pulled a cube from my pocket and handed it to him, his lips warm and stiff against my hand. I chuckled and patted his neck.
Sharโs nostrils flared and then he tossed his head, I stumbled back tripping over my own feet and landing on my butt in the center of the aisle. A hand appeared in front of me and smiling behind it was Iya.
I took her offered hand and once on my feet began dusting myself off.
โYou really are afraid of horses, aren’t you?โ She asked softly as she braided a piece of Sharโs wavy midnight mane.
I smiled weakly, petting the other side of Sharโs face and watching Iyaโs fingers as they deftly braided his mane.
