What I Love About Ireland & Alaska!

Hey, everyone! So someone asked me why I would like to go to Ireland and Alaska (I have no idea who asked me this question and I feel absolutely horrible about it so I’m sorry to whoever it might be *hands you cookies*. I actually think it might have been more than one someone *passes out more cookies*)

Anyways, I’m going to start with why I would like to go to Ireland!

I’ve wanted to go to Ireland ever since I was little bitty, it’s always been a dream of mine that I hope to one day live. I’ve always been so fascinated with the castle ruins that are out there and I would love to see them. I think it would give me such good ideas for books that I want to set in Ireland one day.

I’ve also always loved the scenery there. I just think it’s so beautiful and the music! Oh, my goodness! It’s just so calming to listen to! But I like the rowdy songs too!

They also supposedly have good food, to which I think it’d be kind of nice to try. The main point is I’ve always just loved it because Ireland is just so fantasy-like, and I’ve always been so fascinated with stuff like that. Not the creepy stuff, though.

I hope this is answering the question that ye guys asked me. I’ve never been good at answering things. ….haha….

I want to go to Alaska…well, I’ve always wanted to see the mountains in Alaska, they’re supposed to be the biggest mountains in the US, which I think is just awesome! I mean I’ve grown up in the mountains, and I say the bigger the better! 😉

Also, they have the bluest lakes in the US too, I’m talking about a really dark blue, ye guys, and it’s just so beautiful.

Plus, I’ve always just loved snow like so much! I think having a winter without snow is just sad in my opinion… I love… I mean absolutely love cold weather ever since I was little bitty. I’ve just loved it. I prefer it over hot weather any day. 😉

There’s also some cool caves in Alaska that I think would be pretty cool to explore. I pull a lot of my scenery for my books from Alaska, actually my current WIP scenery is mostly from Alaska! 🙂

I just love all the little animals out there too, like the little white foxes, polar bears, and so on! I could definitely live out there, but I’ve always been adventurous. I love to explore and see new things, I hate being stuck in one spot, I just like to see the world from a different perspective.

Also, another reason why I want to go to Alaska is so I can build a big snowman! And I’m talking about a huge one, ye guys! It’s always been a dream of mine, I’ve never had enough snow around here to do so, but out there I certainly can!

Oh, and I’ve always wanted to see the auroras!

Anyways I hope this answered your questions, if ye have any more questions just let me know in the comments!

My life’s been pretty scattered here recently, celebrating my birthday and all, it’s been a bit crazy, but a good crazy 🙂

So what are y’all’s thoughts? Did I answer these questions good or terribly? Where would y’all like to travel one day/ and why there? I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments, and I really mean I would absolutely love to hear your thoughts in the comments! I love knowing stuff like this! 🙂

May y’all have a wonderful and blessed weekend, and may God, bless each and every one of ye, my fellow friends.😉

Alaska is high on my bucket list of places to travel to, as well! My current WIP is set in a fictional town on the Kenai Peninsula, but online research can only get you so far and I would love to immerse myself in Alaska’s rugged beauty in person. Also, my name is derived from the poetic name for Ireland, so it would be fun to visit my “namesake country”😜

Yes, research on Alaska really can only get you so far. Oh, that’s a really cool place your current wip is set in, sounds really cool. Oh, my goodness that’s so cool. Cool thing about me is I actually have a little Irish in me.😉

I bet you’ll get to build that giant snowman up in Alaska someday in the future! Maybe even with a good friend. 😉

Yes, I also love how fantasy-like Ireland is!!! My siblings and I were just watching Finding You the the other day (a movie set in Ireland) and I was reminded all over again of how thrilling it would be to visit that country 😍 Someday!
