Hey folks with 11 days until the release of Emberling the The Chronicles of Uriu are taking over the blog!
Emberling has been two years in the making and to finally be releasing it is a dream come true! I’m so excited for y’all to meet the main characters Iya and Malcolm and their traveling companions Ben and Duncan! And the extended cast!
In honor of the occasion I thought it would be fun to let you guys ask them questions! You can poise your questions to the characters via this form:
You can ask them anything you want, though I’m not sure whether they will have an answer of not. XD I’ll post the Q&A on release day! November 19th! So questions need to be submitted by Friday November 15th!
Here’s the blurb in case you need a refresher on what Emberling is about, and there’s a list of characters below that!:

Her entire life, Iya has been pursued by the Rangers, who despise her people for the fire in their veins. She has lost everything to their hatred, and now the fate of Uriu hangs in the treacherous balance. The Emberlings are dwindling in numbers, causing unleashed chaos that threatens not only Englewood but the Meadows of Harvanth as well.
Malcolm Cabe is fueled by hatred as he sets out to annihilate the fire-wielding Emberlings responsible for his father’s death. However, his mission takes an unexpected turn when he saves Iyana, a secretive girl haunted by a heartrending past.
Iya must keep her identity hidden from Malcolm and the other Rangers because if they discover who she is…death awaits her. But if the truth is never told how can they find the strength to forgive and unite? Decisions need to be made, and the wrong ones could lead to the destruction of all of Uriu.

Tah-dah! Book 2 is Waveling! I’m so excited about this story y’all! It’s heavy, it’s raw, and it’s real…I’ve fought it, cried over it, and reworked it so many times where I derailed from what God was leading the story toward…but I’m almost done with the edits and it’s…more than I every thought it would be.
It’s LONG! Over 112k long! (So about 45k more than Emberling! Which is insane!) But this story is one I love and I hope you all will too! Though I have serious doubts about that. XD (being a writer, am I right?)
Anyway, before I sign off for the day here’s the first line of Waveling because I have quite picked a release date yet. XD
