Anyway, here’s a bit of news from June! As mentioned we’re changing up how we do the Welcome to the Months. The other method worked okay, but it was very repetitive with the Newsletter and we also moved the Newsletter to the end of the month instead of the beginning in hopes that it would give us more time to put them together…lol…
All the News!
We had a pretty busy June…first our parents went on a trip for their 30th Anniversary! And we stayed home, chilling and writing a lot…lol…
Then we went to our older brother’s new house that he and his wife just got and it’s so nice and just cool! We did see a snake on their front porch trying to get to the baby birds. Our other brother and older sis tried to get it to kill it but it got away. I’m sorry to report that it returned later and ate the baby birds before our brother who owned the house killed it because he was mad it ate the baby birdies.
Anyway, that was an exciting evening. Then we went swimming and bowling and went out to lunch with out Nana. But here’s our tiny updates on each of us…
Kayti wrote 23.5k words this month and is so close to finishing Project W! She’s 84k into the draft right and is so ready to reach the end of this monster of a story. She also had a car quite literally fall into her lap so we are never went looking for vehicles, just went bookshopping and to Costco!
Rissy has been adventuring a lot with her boyfriend and his family and is working on a new WIP connected to the book she’s hoping to publish in March of 2025! Though she says it’s extremely hard to write about snow when you’re sitting on the porch sweating bullets…lol…
Jaidie has made great progress with Project CP it is 43k in length now and the story is clipping along! She’s also working on a short story concept at the moment and editing Brothers Divided! A MG contemporary we’ve set to release in June of 2025!
Sisters Three finished editing Trail of Assassins! We also switched fun projects again…lol…we are now working on a YA Suspense book dubbed Project BC! We love it! Y’all it’s been so fun though our movie choice of Avonlea is not vibing…we seriously need some Macgyver action…lol…or something!
Also, as an exciting tid-bit wee are considering turning Sisters Three into….*drum roll* SISTERS THREE PRESS! That way we can publish our books under it! Eeek! Isn’t that exciting!?
What have you been up to? Writing? Reading? Chilling? How about dance partying when no one else is home? No, just us…*shrugs* Okay, that’s embarrassing…lol…
