Answer the ten questions the blogger asked

Nominate between five and ten bloggers

Ask your nominees ten bookish questions

Don’t feel bound to these rules

(And most importantly) have fun!

So let’s get started!!!!!

  1. Which book character do you fangirl over the most?

All of them…lol…our characters…other peoples characters….characters that aren’t even on the page yet…lol…

  1. If you could visit or live in any book, which one would it be?

Hmmm, that’s a hard one. Um, well…uhhh, we’re not sure…

  1. Which book do you wish you’d written?

We never really have this thought cause we’re like…well if we had written it we probably wouldn’t like it as much because we had written it, you know?

  1. You’re the author of your favorite book/series…which character would you kill off? (Presumably one the real author didn’t already kill…)

Oh, easy…if we were the authors of The Green Ember Series…Heather would have died instead of…no spoiler…another favorite character whose death was tragic!!!

  1. If you could rewrite the ending of any book, which one would it be and how would it end?

We would rewrite the end of The Warden and the Wolf King, but because we know a lot of our readers haven’t read this particular book but plan to we will not spoil the ending…let us just say we would finish the ending which was left with an unsatisfactory ending….thanks Andrew Peterson, we think about the ending all the time now!

Yet, we love it! Might be our favorite book in the series…minus the ending…which all of you will understand once you have read the book…please go read the books!

  1. Which book character reflects your personality the most?

Ooo, this is easy…being sarcastic here…um, well our characters generally reflect either a little of us or a little of our family and friends…but let’s see if we can find a character for each of us…

Um, Kayti says her character Fledge from her WIP, they have some distinct differences like he’s deaf and she’s not but they both want to do something important and been seen as more than what they are labeled, though he has a better story than her…lol…

Rissy says…Mason, a character in her current WIP, he’s quiet, gentle, but can be passionate about something he loves or believes in

Jaidie says…her characters Steffeno and Diego from her current WIP…their twins but if you smushed them together you would have a Jaidie. She’s touchy, sarcastic, sweet (yes you can be both sarcastic and sweet), and fun!

  1. Most hated book? (C’mon, we all know there’s at least one…)

Wings of Fire…dragon book that went horribly wrong…yuck! The blood content was horrific!!! (This is also an unpopular opinion)

  1. Book that should’ve been written but never was (i.e., sequel, prequel, rewrite, super awesome story idea you just came up with)?

Oh! Oh!!! Back story on Artham Wingfeather, please!!! Back story on Helmer!!! Two different fandoms there…also a story on Flint and Fay would be great too!!! (If you are totally lost this means you need to go read The Green Ember Series and Wingfeather Saga, NOW!!!)

  1. Which actors/actresses would you cast as the characters in your favorite book/series?

We have no idea…nor do we want to do the research…though we do think Harrison Ford would do a great job voicing Helmer from the Green Ember Series….Who’s in?

  1. What unpopular bookish opinions do you have? (Like, popular book you hate, beloved character you despise, classic you question, etc.)

Oh, let us get out our list *long scroll rolls across the floor*

Wings of Fire is too gory

Harry Potter is no go…

Hunger Games has too much gore

Heather from the Green Ember Series is too perfect *sorry GE fans…*

Keeper of the Lost Cities is a series well never read because we don’t agree with the author’s opinion on an important topic

Elemental: Ice Wolves was a huge disappointment

The Golden Compass was….. interesting, didn’t agree with a lot of what it said…

We hate Needle from the Mistmantle Chronicles…

Can we just say every dog book is sad…we mean can you not write a happy dog book?

Also, we were supposed to come up with ten question but we don’t have time…so use the ten in the post and anyone who wants is officially tagged.

Okay, that’s a wrap, folks! Hope you enjoyed it! Have a great weekend!!!

Sisters Three

Published by Sisters Three

Hi, we're Kayti, Rissy, and Jaidie, a writing trio of sisters, living in the Southern Appalachians of Western North Carolina. The three of us are as thick as thieves as they say, whoever "they" are. We have four older siblings, a controlling German Shorthaired Pointer named Ruger, and a Mini Lop rabbit named Smallsy-Jo. We're homeschooled by our amazing mom and our dad is a pastor and avid plant hunter. Our dad encouraged us to start writing after he heard an elaborate story we made up, so we started writing things down, and eventually the things we wrote down actually made sense and now we're writers! Or aspiring writers anyway.

  1. So fun to read!!!!!!!! Ahhh *weeps at your thoughts on Heather lol* Although you-know-who’s death was so heartbreaking!!!! *weeps again* Also MAN yes I would love a backstory on Artham Wingfeather!! Oof, that WFS ending gave me such mixed feelings. I still love it, but… wow. Anyway, I loved this post!!!! 😀 :)) ❤

    1. Thankee!!! *shrugs, we just don’t like her…not sure we can fully explain why…though Kayti said she liked her better after reading the books instead of doing audible* Yes, it was *pauses for silence*.
Wouldn’t it be the coolest!!!! We know…it’s hard to decide how to feel about it….if he could just give us a definite yes or no that would be fantastic!
      Glad to hear it!!!

  2. Great answers, girls!! I still haven’t gotten around to finishing GE (I know, I know XD), but YES READ THE WINGFEATHER SAGA BEST SERIES OUT THERE EXCEPT MAYBE LOTR MAYBE!!!!!!!!!!!! (Also, I agree with most of your unpopular book opinions – *fistbump* I can’t comment on a lot of it ’cause I haven’t read the books, but the only two I disagreed with were Needle from Mistmantle (definitely not my favorite character, but she’s not horrible either) and your reason for not liking WOF. I’m not really WOF fan either, but mostly ’cause of the gayity in the second series. *growls under breath about trashy content EVERYWHERE*)

    1. Thank you!!!! WHat? Girl, you need to do that GE is like one of our all-time favorites!!! Agreed!!! (Yay!!!!) Well, to each their own…everyone has their own opinions…hahaha, we take no offense and mean no offense… (Amen! Trashy content everywhere so aggravating!!!)

  3. Yes! This was amazing! I love it! (I also ADORE The Green Ember series, so I’m glad S.D. Smith didn’t kill Heather instead of… well… ya know 😉 even though his death was still so sad!)
*rushes to finish reading the Wingfeather Saga*
Haha! Yes! So a lot of poeple tell me I’m sweet, but I can be REALLY sarcastic sometimes. Mostly when someone asks me a stupid question, I get this look and that’s pretty much enough for the questioner to be like: probably shouldn’t have asked that. XD Not in a bad way though. Questions are great! (So says the self-taught)
Sorry about your laptop! (mine’s terrible too. I got a hand-me-down from my mom. It broke. Then a hand-me-down from my uncle (which was really nice) but it overheats quickly, is super slow, and will randomly shut off. oh well)
Can’t wait to see what you post next! XD

    1. Lol…thank you!!!! (Ooo, fellow GE fan, yay!!!! Yeah, we’re just not the biggest Heather fans but other said character was a fav….)
      Yes! It’s a great series!!!
      Lol…yay! You get it!!
Yeah, it has its days….it’s mainly because we forgot to turn the wifi back on last night so it couldn’t update so it keeps doing it while we’re trying to do stuff…argh!
Thank you! We’ll try not to disappoint… 😉

  4. This was fun to read! I totally agree that the ending to the Wingfeather Saga was unsatisfactory *still hoping for another book to fully wrap it up; who’s with me?*

Ooo, if you want a story where the dog doesn’t die, try the Smells Like Dog Series. I haven’t read it yet, but my sister has and really enjoyed it (the dog and his boy go on crazy adventures, so I’m told).

That’s cool that your characters have some of your own personality reflected in them! Mine sometimes have bits of me (or people I know) in their own personality.

    1. Thank you! Yes!!! *Bouncing up and down in consent!!!*

Oh, thank you!!! We will definitely look into them….we hate when the dog dies or they give the dog away…it’s so sad!!!

Thank you….yeah, we pull a lot from our family and ourselves and the few friends we have or people we meet…lol…we have one character named Gaven that is strangely similar to our brother and not on purpose…lol…
